There are tens of thousands of pre-1980 films slipping out of distribution, out of copyright, out of physical existence. Planet Legends restores them, streams them, and lets patrons own a piece of the result. No new productions, no franchise chasing — only legacy cinema.
Restorations fund the platform. The platform sells the restorations.
Subscription streaming on one side; arranger fees and a carry on every restoration we patron-finance on the other. Each new title compounds both sides of the flywheel.
The audience is the cap table.
Our patrons are the people who already own the Criterion box set, the repertory ticket, and the LaserDisc. We don't buy an audience — we onboard one restoration at a time.
